Calais emigrates mod

Noticed someone a few years back before the Viva Le France DLC came out, released this but haven't heard a thing about it for years. Wonder if anyone would be game to reintroduce the mod for ETS2 now, to add illegals and garbage roadside as you go through Calais for realism? Not trying to be offensive, but its quite unrealistic seeing the city in Promods the way it is.
