As weather is very important for me in the game, and default skyboxes are always the same, i've tested several mods and i would like to hear your opinion about what is for you the best weather mod.

Here are the mods i've used :

- PIVA weather : i don't like it very much because colors and brightness are unrealistic, too flashy and shiny.
- Realistic weather : it's based on PIVA weather mod but with better sky textures and luminosity. It's not bad, but maybe a bit repetitive.
- Improved weather reload : about the same level than Realistic weather mod, but i found it less repetitive

I read that SGate's weather mod is very good (indead screenshots are impressive) but it's not updated anymore. But i found combination of SGate and Grimes Summer Environment in one mod that work with 1.27. The problem is that Summer Environment by Grimes change dramaticly the vegetation and i'm afraid it can change promods scenery as i know you work hard to restore realistic vegetation.

Wow! I took a look on the Foggy Weather topic, i thought it was just adding fog, but it's a real complete weather mod with regional weather and awsome sound effects, I'll keep an eye on it and for sure i'll give it a try when it's released.

Thanks for the tip mateush05 ;)

I'm using the Realistic Graphics mod from the steam workshop but theres 2 files you need to get.

Realistic Graphics Mod v1.7.9

ProMods compatibility addon for Realistic Graphics mod.
Make sure to look at the load order in the workshop for it to work with ProMods :D
When map mods come into mind ProMods is always the Number 1 map mod of Ets2 :)

Been enjoying promods since 1.95 :)

Just became a Beta Tester for the C2C Map since v2.2 on ATS

My plan is clear now, i'll go with grimes mods and will wait until Foggy 2.0 is released to add it :)

Alright! I understand now the issue with brightness. I shall thank you because even if your mod doesn't fit with my taste, i had use it for some time on ATS, and it's better than default SCS.

I'm using those right now. I have most of the map mods (save for the Project Balkans mod) in the load order listed here - viewtopic.php?f=42&t=14523

Where do the realistic graphics mods need to be put in this particular load order? Just asking :) Does it go in the (occ. mods) area on the list, or somewhere else?
