It looks to me like you are trying to run NL with DX9. It requires DX11.

I wanted to download this mod, made the 2 forum accounts (which is insane as its own) and now I have to download multiple files, with an average of 60 KB/s !!?? I have fiber internet connection and normaly download speed max. is 80 MB/s.
This is the worst user experience I've ever had! Forum pages alone take like 2 minutes to load, not going to start with the downloads, and it's the most complicated way to download a mod inclusive all addons.
I looked forward to this mod, but now I'm not going to install it, I don't have time and nerves to deal with this. You need better servers. I'm not gonna spend 10+ hours to download everything I need. That's f***ing insane!
And now I wasted time and have 2 new accounts I'll never use again. this is insane!
EDIT: and no, it's definitely not my internet browser nor my internet connection, It somehow has to do with the server.

Hi,
I have problem, with NaturaLux, when I start this mod then ETS2 is turn off. Without this mod the game is working.
I have all DLC and mod: ProMods 2.41 + RusMap 1.9 + Southern Region + Project Balkans
How can I fix it?

Play in dx11. And next time post the game.log on pastebin.

You need to run the game in dx11. Just rightclick it on Steam and select Play in dx11(64Bit)
And instead of the Tregion compatability fix you should download and use the ProMods compatability fix
