Question about Egypt. Will you include cities of Suez, Ismailia, Al Qantar, Port Said and maybe Arish ?
Personally I would like to see Sharm El Sheikh

You really got me excited for this mod, especially the fact that I would be finally able to drive around in my home city of Ashdod!
Can't wait to show it to a friend who is an actual Trucker in Israel :D

Hello, Shalom, Salaam,

Development is a bit slowed for now due to work in real life, but also to fix the bugs discovered on map ;-)
I have however an early picture of Port Said and two of driving in Israel.

About the recently asked questions :
- Egypt will be a fresh build. I don't think I will use at all the old mod given to Promods. Main reason is that it's now rather old and it would take too much time to adapt it ...
- Cairo : of course, it will come in the future, but not in the first version. This will include Port Said (ferry to Thessaloniki and Lemesos), El Arish, Taba and maybe Damietta
- Ismailia and Suez will come just after, maybe with Cairo. Sharm El Sheik is not planned, at least for now.
- Bilingual/Trilingual signs : All signs in Egypt and Lebanon are bilingual (Arabic/English). In Israel, it depends : all are at least bilingual Hebrew/English, many are trilingual Hebrew/Arabic/English, as seen on last picture I just posted. Reason is that I succeed to made a font for Hebrew, while arabic has to use images (because of linked characters, with various forms following the place in the word). So, I could complete this, but it'll take some time.

Also, thanks to the people from those countries who proposed here some help. For the moment, I do my best to manage the hebrew/arabic languages. But if you discover some errors, don't hesitate to report them ;-)

Regards,
Platypus
