I was wondering if (in the near future), Salloum (close to the libian border) and Marsa Matruh will be included? Both places are situated on the road 40 from border of Libia to Damietta.

I don't understand why you wait for the next promods update. Doesn't it work for promods 2.33 or so?

If he wants to add working border controls, he needs something that works with Baltic DLC.

The Baltic DLC works 100% with ProMods, but you just can't go to the new Baltic cities of SCS. So I don't understand why he doesn't release it.

This is indeed one of the reasons. Other one is that I have actually nearly no time to work on it, due to real life.
So, as already said, the project is indeed waiting for new Promods 2.40
