Guys I want ask you some thing. Will Great Steppe and Russian Open Spaces will work in each other? If it can so can you give me the load order (Project Balkans, RusMap, Promods) please

It is not designed for that. ROS is in a larger scale. RusMap, PB, PM are 1:19 compressed.

Yes, this cannot be stressed enough. Whether technically compatible or not, ROS is not geographically compatible with maps using the standard 1:19 scale, such as PM, RM, TGS, and PB. It has its own design philosophy entirely. I understand the wish to connect it to other maps in some way, so that one can use one's normal high-level profile with it (I have this wish myself), but any road connections between ROS and other maps simply make no sense.

If the question is whether there is a road connection between Great steppe and Russian Open Space. No for now. You have to transport the cargo from ROS over Russia.
