Just wondering, do you need all the maps for it to work? cuz promods and rusmap takes like 10 minutes to load as it is. and i dont wanna have to get more maps lol.

No, you can use it with none or any or all of the supported DLCs, maps and mods!

All packs updated to v4.9.3 for 1.27/1.28 and v5.5 for 1.30, with switch back to UTF-8 without BOM, update of fuel prices per February 2018, update of kandyagash.sii according to the recently updated The Great Steppe 1.0.3 def, and some minor other changes.

The base pack refers to whichever pack variant you prefer to use: the anglicized variant, the hybrid romanized variant, the hybrid unromanized variant, the romanized only variant, or the unromanized only variant.
