I started to rebuild all standard SCS interchanges, without changing landscape. Targets are Promods, on countries which developers don't work, Rusmap and EAA. First plan is rebuilding one-lane interchanges. Then I will rebuild all which won't be deleted or rebuilt in next two versions of Promods. Work include rebuilding of highways near interchanges, if real are wider, again without changing landscape.
I am not interesting in signs, because of GPS and speed of work.
Because of using exsisting landscape, work isn't hard, so, if anyone want to help me, send me PM or write on topic.
First interchange which I rebuild is on Budapest ring road, east of city, still WIP:

Lamps? Signs? 'High-poly' enabled on ramps? Pillars supporting the bridge?
It looks like a good base for an interchange but it's nowhere close to be finished...

I will add pillars, maybe lamps, if real one has. I completely forgot on it. As I said before, I won't add signs. Maybe later, now not. I will keep SCS signs outside of interchanges. I need to see how fast or slow work go.
Idea of this work is to replace SCS' ugly standard interchanges with real.
What is 'high-poly'?

An interchange without signs is pointless... How do you want to know where to drive? Signs are VERY important thing.
High-poly can be found in Road Properties window. It'll make sharp turns smooth.

If you want to replace SCS interchanges with yours, then do it properly. Quality matters, not speed ;)

I and, I am sure, at least 75% of players, don't look at signs, but on GPS, on which we calculate route before starting driving. Someone even said that he followed signs and got lost. Do you still think that signs are very important? I think that it just give more reality feeling. It will be good that other players tell their opinion about this.
I will think about adding signs later.
EDIT:
Real interchange (/|\) hasn't lamps, so I won't add.

Sure, I also use GPS ;)
But it doesn't change the fact, that every interchange has signs and if you're looking at real one to determine if there are lamps, then you have to add signs that look exactly like IRL. There are some players who drive w/o GPS, only looking at signs.
And you'll have a problem here because I'm afraid you'll have to create many models of HU signs + atlas + frames...

Also I have to change landscape to real.
Piece by piece we are getting out from my initial plan, so I must draw the line. Creating models no, signs maybe yes later, with exsisting models.
Thank you on high poly and others.

I added pillars few minutes ago. Now it looks:

Next is interchange with E75, south of Budapest, then one or two on west.
