I'm still not getting this about opening the .SCS file in order to delete the 'Unit' file. When I right click on the SRmap_[DefandMap] SCS file, you're telling me to navigate to the folder. What folder? I'm not getting an option. All I see in the menu is Open, Edit, 7zip, share. Open With. 7 zip is the only way I can actually get into the .SCS file. I see the Unit folder along with all the other files. I just need to know how to close the rest of it all up again.

That 7zip option should contain a menu with options.
Select "7zip -> Open archive" to open the .SCS file without the need to unzip it first. This should open up a window that looks similar to your file browser.
From here, you should be able to navigate to the Unit folder.
Select it and delete it, either by right-clicking on the folder to bring up a list of options and selecting Delete, or simply by pressing the Delete key on your keyboard.
It will ask you if you want to do this, so tell it Yes.
Once the folder has been deleted, just close the 7zip window and you are done.
You don't need to worry about repacking the files into zip file with this method. (A .SCS file is just a modified zip file).

When i extract the file 'SRmap_v.6.5.zip' it doesn't extract properly and says that the archive is corrupt. I've tried repairing it and have used many tools to fix this but it doesn't work! i have re-downloaded it as well so i don't know what to do! Any suggestions?
Hi,
do you have a virus scanner active while downloading? Some virus scanner damage the archive while downloading.
Best regards,

I got a crash similar to the one in the link. Happens when I'm in Douglas, had to cancel job and reload earlier save.

I ended up just avoiding the Isle of Man for now, but if I get another trip through there, I will get the gamelog. Gamelog gets overwritten each time you open game right?
