it crashes when loading

Your gamelog is incomplete, we need the full log after the crash, especially the part below this line which is missing in your log:

Your log only tells about all the mods in your mod folder, nothing about the mods activated and its load order.

Edit: I just saw the gamelog in your unnecessarily opened thread for the crash with SR map. Your load order is completely wrong, so no wonder the game crashes. Create a new profile, activate map mods only with the correct load order and test it.

What is the order then.. It's all too confusing for me :/

Edit: I can load into the menu now, as soon as I get a quick job thoe the game crashes.

Those "//" parts of the file paths look a bit suspect though.

It will depend on your ETS2 version. Also, the newest, the best.
You'll find everything in the first page.

I have to decide between Rus map and southern region. Which map is better and how many cities each have the maps? If I load too many maps, then jerky the game.

Why don´t you check it out by yourself? Btw Rusmap and SR map are meant to combine with each other since they have several road connections and Rusmap connects SR with central europe.
