The Problem is probably caused by a typo in the ProMods 2.26 Def. In /def/world/sign.italy.sii there's a line
/model/sign/traffic/it//no_overtaking_trucks_it.pmd but it should be /model/sign/traffic/it/no_overtaking_trucks_it.pmd. This line only exist in the PM 2.26 def not in 2.25 def and probably not in Balkan Def either. So if you fix that line, it should work in theory. PM Team didn't used that sign yet but you did, so this it why it probably crashes.

Finally some fix for that can someone please tell me how to edit that promods def file?

Open the winrar file. Go to the file that I posted the link to. Search for the /model/sign/traffic/it//no_overtaking_trucks_it.pmd line and replace it with /model/sign/traffic/it/no_overtaking_trucks_it.pmd.
Then save changes and close winrar. Make sure that winrar will repack the file before closing it.

Promods are .scs not .rar

you can still open it with Winrar oder 7Zip, just right click ProMods def --> open with and chose Winrar to open the file.

.SCS is just a renamed .ZIP.
