No, the railings end at 140.
I typed "141"
What should I write there instead?

If 141 is available it's alright.
I would suggest something more unique.
Example: we use often stuff like pm001 orso.
Also if you get errors it would be usefull if you add the log so we can have a better look at your issues.
Am I developing at the moment?

Hmm that's a very interesting error.
what I would normally try is to switch off high poly road (but it's off already).
Right now I see no reasons for the game to crash tbh.
Maybe try to name the railing .new0001. Maybe there is something with the model that prevents it from being added like that? You can always put it manually there as a building.
Am I developing at the moment?

Never mind, thanks for answering.
I made it manually; where is the option to scale it? And is it possible to scale only in the Z axis or should I directly edit the model in Blender/Zmodeler?

Instead of 141 change it to some thing like 6429
And I have a question of my own. I placed a garage in my city. I recomputed the map afterwards too. But in the GPS map, there is no garage icon. Does this just mean I should add a garage icon overlay to the GPS map. Or is this support to have happened automatically, meaning my garage is somehow not correctly placed

I wouldn't use only numbers in your own def. Make something like Nico001 as definition.
Building models can't be scaled. Models can.
