Just like the title says. I want to make one for expressway junctions with numbers (I see only a sign for highways), can someone teach me how to do this?
Map editor is broken but who cares

PC: i5-4670, GTX 1050 Ti, 4 GB DDR3 1600 MHz, 2 TB HDD + 240 GB SSD
