Semaphores on road is it possible?

Hello and good day,. Is it possible to insert a semaphore on road? For example i want to create a long one way construction road and on the other hand the other lane must wait,. I cant seem to figure out which to alter other than using roadwork prefab which is little bit short. Is it possible? And please advice me on what to do., Thanks!

Well, I think you need a prefab for it. If the existing one is too short, you have to create a new one yourself, that'll fit your construction area.
