skinning trailers with different sides

I know it can't be done with the base game trailers so I'm wondering if it would be possible to mod those trailers to add the second side onto the skin? and I do want to replace the in game trailers

I'm not expecting a quick easy way and am willing to learn how to, I'm guessing it should be possible in Blender but I have very little knowledge of how to use it

I have also done many searches on how to and most links I've found have been from 2015 or older and completely out of date, and those that are newer don't say how to do it

Yes, I'm pretty sure it's possible in Blender, by making a new UV mapping of the trailer model. So, I suggest searching for "blender uv mapping" in Google, maybe you'll find something helpful, as it's a bit too long process to explain it here.

ok thanks, I'll try that, I never expected it to be short quick instructions, hopefully searching this I can get more current results, not ones that are years old and no longer usable

ok, I have made the trailer with 2 sides I think and packed it into a mod but the trailer doesn't show in game, am I able to upload it here for someone to have a look at and let me know how to fix it?

since I last posted here I have got the mod working, I followed this video to make the trailer 2 sided

Yes. Just use the Matdom's trailer templates. Dont need blender or anything else, just ets2 then.

ok, I'll have a look into that thanks, but I'm also wanting to do other modded trailers too so that won't help with them
