This prefab comes from Scandinavia DLC? Or it's a custom model? I can't discover it, it's just an empty yard. Also, some grass is seen near the entrance. Wall is placed wrong as seen on 2nd screenshot. AI enters it (rarely), drives through yard and disappears inside building wall :)

I see it's logged already.
Don't forget to add hitbox to the whole building and cars parked on the other side. Or the whole area should be just blocked...
All is "ghost" there.

I've a added a link to this post to the issue in the bugtracking system as you've pointed out additional problems (misaligned wall, etc..).

same as title, did I miss the trigger point?
anyway, no matter how I hanging around in company, it just stay gray.

I merged these two topics as it looks like it's not fixed in 1.98... or possibly it is. I have to check.

Edit:

It is assigned in our bug-tracking system but not marked as fixed.
