[Fixed] [#20691] [2.41] Ukrainian road sign issues

Ukrainian road signs have some flaws, mainly in their texts.


1.
There must be written "Автомобілі" instead of "Автомобілів" and "Вантажівки" instead of "Вантажівок" , cause current variant doesn't make any sense in Ukrainian.

2.
"Охорона медичний центр" must be changed to "Медичний центр захисту", cause it doesn't make any sense either.

3.
What's wrong with letter "ь"? Why it is in lowercase?

4.
Why there's no "Ї" in "Київ"?

Also, "Закарпатська" should be changed to "Закарпатська область" (maybe bigger sign needed)

Thank you for your detailed post! I have filed a ticket (#20691) summarizing these improvements as follows:

1. I have indicated these as text errors.
2. I have indicated these as text errors, too.
3. This issue will be fixed if doable and if it won't require too much effort.

5. The Transcarpathia signage will also be fixed as proposed.
6. The "strange sign" will probably not be fixed, as the placeholder text normally cannot be seen by players from the drivable area.
