[Fixed] [#16339] [2.33] Garage in Manchester not upgrading correctly

Hi Guys,

Sorry to report,
I bought a garage in Manchester UK and then upgraded it, whilst the garage building and area upgraded correctly, the original barrels stayed in place almost blocking the exit from the fuel station section not sure if this is a promods problem or not

This is already a know Problem #16339 some garages seem to have this Problem, some not.
