I had to find this out the hard way, going 80km/h and soaring into the air! Anyway, there are two locations in Riga where they're in the road.

I did not add your bug to the bug tracker,because there is a similar bug in there all ready from the same area.I did make a note in to the bug tracker for this bug and the number for that similar bug then this is in the bug tracker is 16213.
