[Fixed] [#5779] [2.20] Murmansk, terrain gap/sign text error

While on a journey from Murmansk to Kirkenes, I found a few bugs;
Found a gap through to the underworld here:
(sec+0013-0027);54086.6;-4.83609;-105472;-0.0154942;-0.223551
And the sign here:
(sec+0011-0027);47949.6;-10.3633;-106130;0.575449;-0.19701
Should read something like:
'BORDER CONTROL ZONE!
PASSPORTS AND OTHER DOCUMENTS REQUIRED'
Unless the English is intentionally bad.

"passes" is badly translated, more accurate would be "permit". by "passes" it means on permit, or go-card, something like ticket, some document that proves that you can pass the border. in some countries you need only ID card to pass the border, no need for passport.

The translation isn't 100% perfect, but because of ProMods realism, it will stay the same (although "проход" should be in brackets, not in slashes). Here's an example:
