This happend when i tried the 1.30 Beta, after going back to 1.28 started my account with promods and now the map is of its original position.
Please help me out.

The map ingame shifted a little to the right.

I have the same problem. I wanted to play new version of the game - 1.30, and disable ProMods and Rusmap, and now my map is shifted. Is it possible to fix coordinates without downgrade the game to 1.28?
The problem is solved! It was not because of ProMods, but another mod (Google navigator). After disabling everything is alright with scale.
