I posted that i deleted one file but it worked once and i startes lagging again ;P

Pc Specs:
Ram: 8GB
CPU: intel core i5-7300HQ 2.50GHz
GPU: MX150
I presume this is laptop specs.
ProMods is a heavy map mod, and there are going to be areas where it is going to lag, like really bad like some parts in Spain, and in the Autobahn - based on my experience (mostly on big cities). Using graphic mods like Project Nextgen or Naturalux (which I no longer use) is also going to need more resources.

8 GB RAM is decent enough for any game nowadays, but you may have trouble in places in ProMods and other mods that may require more memory.

CPU is good.

We have the same GPU. Just don't go all max and ultra, especially the scaling (I set most of my graphics to high, mirror quality and resolution to medium, and scaling to 200%).

ok i dont know what's going on i just went on normal ets2 to check fps on high and its 60 and i went on promods and changed to medium and its 50 fps.
How it is possible that yesterday it was like 10 on low and now it's 50?

10 fps on low? Well that's weird.
If I am not mistaken, you probably didn't run your discrete graphics card (MX 150) during that game, rather on integrated graphics.
That happens sometimes on those kinds of laptops.

Probably laptop overheating? That would throttle the GPU.
If not, then it could just be a hiccup. That happens.
