Cant play pro mods even though installed

So i downloaded the mods. Extracted, put in folder booted up game and it shows that i pro mods in profile manager but for some reason i cant play them in game. Any help?
What does it mean that you "cant play" them?

Like when i open the game add mods to game via in game menu. I then load it up and like Ireland isnt there or anything. And whenever i load up truckers mp I cant log in to server
