One of your ProMods files is corrupted. You can try reextracting the archive and see if it helps. If not, probably something got wrong while downloading and you need to redownload ProMods.

If I bought the packaged paid version of pro mods will I need to buy it again?

Yes, since you only pay for the fast download speed not for the mod itself. Or you use the free download option.
