I followed this guide and installed the mods shown on that page and load them in that order.

My world map is offset just a little bit. Coastal cities are in the ocean and some ferry lines run over land. It is slightly annoying, but not drastic. I've tried singling out the conflicting mod and going down to just promods + rusmap still has the offset.
Is this normal? Or should the cities and highways line up perfectly on the world map?
I only tried with rusmap 1.9.0 so far...have not tried with 1.8.1.2.
World map is offset with recommended load order

It's not possible the fit everything 100% perfect. If it's only a slightly bit offset in some areas, it's not a big deal
