You still didn't unpacked the Multipart archive that was told to you earlier.
And make sure you have all neccesary DLCs to run the mod, since I see that your def file is marked as incompatible.

Indeed, you need to get e.g.
7-Zip and use it to extract the actual ProMods mod packages, by opening the 7z.001 file (only!) and choosing extract.

If you're expecting help, you should consider reading the Posts to the end, since Ive already written that you should check if you've all neccesary DLCs installed for running the mod, the reason why they are incompatible.
