Hi,

i made this tutorial to help people which have the console issue.
Let me explain: You tested the 1.35 experimental Beta and you want to play with Promods again.
But after the downgrade to 1.34 the console in your Profile (which had 1.35) doesn´t work. So here´s an Tutorial how to fix this.
Click on the images to see at full resolution if necessary.

Additional notes:
-This tutorial has been made using Windows 10 64-bit.
-I have no guarantees it will work the same way on other systems.

1. Inside of the Game

Create a new Profile. (I recommend without Mods)

Set all Controls. (As you want)

Save this Profile and close the game.


2. Outside of the Game

Open the Profile in Explorer. (You need to know which Code it has)
(C:\Users\User\Documents\Euro Truck Simulator 2\profiles)

Copy the controls.sii


#3
Open the broken Profile. (You need to know which Code it has)

Paste the copied controls.sii file in this folder.

Close the Explorer.


3. Back in the Game

A really great tutorial! I managed to fix one of my profiles by copying some of the text from undamaged to damaged controls.sii.
