Crash to desktop

I have ETS2 Steam edition with the following DLCs purchased from Steam:
Going East
Heavy Cargo Pack
High Power Cargo Pack
Italia
Special Transport
Vive la France
Scandinavia

I have downloaded and installed the ProMods V233 to my mods folder.

In the mod manager I selected the ProMods modules and activated them in the following order (from top to bottom):
Definition Package
Assets Package
Models Package 1
Models Package 2
Models Package 3
Media Package
Map Package

After I confirm changes in mod manager and return to the Profile screen I click on Comtinue Game button. The screen freezes for 10secs and then a black screen with a small rectangle appears and the progress bar under it fills up to about 20%. After 2 minutes the game crashes directly to desktop.

If I restart the game and remove all ProMods from the active list from the mod manager and save changes, I can start the game successfully.

Can anybody tell me what's going on ???

Your ProMods files might be corrupted specially ProMods assets file. Please post a screenshot of all your files in the Mod Folder with the filesizes visible.

the loading order are doesn't matter if you play with ProMods only.

the file size is ok, but....

maybe try reextracting the files then if you still have the archive.

then you probably Need to redownload ProMods.
