Hi, I noticed one wierd thing. When I setup my graphic settings to ultra or high than game stops reloading and work normally. From time to time there is lags during play, but nothing serious. How is that posibble that game creates more trouble on lower than higher graphic setup?

Normally, there is less trouble when the graphics are low. It must be another problem.

Your Graphics Card is below the Minimum requirments, this is why it's reloading it has too less VRAM. Why it works on higher Settings, don't know makes no sense for me too. Maybe try OpenGL Mode with lower Settings, otherwise you should really start upgrading your System. Since SCS want's to Change the engine to DX11, which your Graphics Card wont likely Support very well.
