What version of the game do I need, It says 1.33 but when I update my game to 1.33 it says Imcompatible with the current game version any ideas on how to fix this?

Do you own all the map-DLC you need? Going East, Scandinavia, Vive la France and Italy DLC?

If not, that's the problem. If you do, please post your game.log.
You can find your game.log in your My Documents/Euro Truck Simulator 2 folder, open it in Notepad.exe and copy the content to www.pastebin.com. Provide the link here.

Click in the "i" (info) icon in the Mod Manager, next to an incompatible mod, and it'll tell you what's wrong.

I didn't know you needed italy rip

It's a requirement since 2.30 because we use the Italian assets in Greece, Macedonia and Croatia.
