New 1.31 downloaded

Hi guys

I paid last night the fast download of 1.31 for the pro mods maps. I unzipped and put in the folder but it didn’t come as a folder like it did in the video. So I deleted the paid item and tried it but it wouldn’t download so I thought try one more nothing. So in the end I have paid for the fast download 3 times and got nothing. As soon as I did it the second and third time. It has messed up my pc for opening zip or rar files it won’t open it via zip etc they open it with notepad even on the internet. What has happened here and how can I just get it back to normal
