The lines in the middle of the road are also not opened up so I'm not sure if this is intentional and you're not supposed to turn left there but I decided to report it just in case.

Scan720 is right we need your coordinates from the game with your bug report for this bug too,so that it would be possible to add your bug to the bug tracker,if it is not there yet.

If you dont know how to get the Coordinates
[1] In game, press F11 (SHIFT+F11 takes a screenshot) close to the position of the bug.
[2] write your bug text, then click on REPORT SCR or hit ENTER
[3] open bugs.txt in the ETS2 folder, there you will find your text with coordinates.

Well, looking at the picture the lamp is where you don't even drive, so it's Not a bug for me.

It seems to be intentional to me too as said above. In addition, in a few meters you've got an intersection where you can do a U-turn so it's really not a big problem.

And please remember to include coordinates.
