[2.30] Hard delivery place in Longyearbyen

I'm not sure if it's a bug or it should be so hard. But I had a big problem with delivering a container in the parking lot at Svalbard Eastern Satellite station (southeast of Longyearbyen). The terrain there was really rough and the truck often bottomed out.
It seemed the parking lot was turned by 90°. It crossed a small path to a satellite.

And this is indeed intended, it isn't that hard. Not a Bug.
