Can you post full game.log between CODE tags like you did or on pastebin?
We don't know if it's mod conflict or not.

if you want that we help you, then we need the game log. because your porblem is not a bug, you are the only one with this issue.
if you don´t care, then we don´t need your log.

You're most likely missing some vital Promods parts such as def and models, but it be could everything else, mods that are old or incompatible. Be sure to double and triple-check all your mods, those that affect textures are Real Gas Stations or Real Euro Companies or others. Having a weather or graphic mod also creates conflict between Promods and the mod. Make sure to use only the latest and compatible mods, if the mods manager shows red dots for incompatible mods, get rid of them.

Last but not least, re-download all the Promods files from the free or paid option, the latter uses only a single file, which is simpler. If none of the solutions helped, delete the profile and create a new one, fresh and slowly put all your mods in, following the recommended guidelines of course.

It's related to Sound Fixes Pack because it bundles in Optional in manual download.
I have also it that was last edited 11.09.2016, but I don't have these errors as you have.
It must be something other mods that makes these errors.
Can you please post full game.log as I have told you before between CODE tags or on pastebin?
