[2.20] Road sign has empty road signs beside with same road numbers on BAB 5 in Germany

I noticed this road signs has empty road signs beside with same road number on BAB 5. There is also other road signs in background that has same bug as you can see on screenshot.
These road signs that was empty could have been removed or combine them as together. This was also tested with a test profile that has Promods only.

It's not a bug as far as I know.

In real life it looks similar to this. This isn't the exact sign but it shows that it is quite close

But we have to indeed add these "flaps" that can change the sign

I believe those are called prism signs. There sometimes are some idiosyncrasies that the map includes from real life But this isn't a bug.
