I cannot confirm this with a test profile that has Promods 2.20 only. It looks fine there.
Looks like mod conflict here. It could also due to not good graphics settings because I has very good graphics.

Right now I'm only using ProMods 2.20, any other mod.
Also having to add that I have a GeForce® GTX 1070 8GB GDDR5 graphic card

Promods 0.2.5 extension could make some map conflicts in Promods 2.20 due to new map updates for example Bornholm.
Can you check if it will be fine after removing this?

So finally was the ProMods extension the problem.
