I don't have this problem on PM only profile. Can you try removing other mods and only use ProMods and check again.

yeah, tried and found wich mod was causing problem. Realistic Russian Interchanges non-Promods version from brainiac. You can lock or remowe this topic, sorry for spamming, but i wouldn't think that it can conflict in Vien while it work with rusmap.
