[Fixed] Nantes, wrong speed limit

Here in Nantes
Speed limit is 50 Km/hours not 80
And the speed limit inside the truck doesn't work
It display everywhere 50 Km/h

Update: A broad road actually allows the driver go as fast as if he is at freeway.

Update №2: AI traffic speeds up to the very limits (I went 80 km/h and AI car almost overtook me. It would if not the change of a road type).
