probably both sides because no traffic stops on both sides at toll booth the dissapear when they cross the begin of the tollbooth area

Those coordinates are not correct for that area. I believe these are correct coordinates: (sec-0009+0010);-35247.1;12.6494;42499.7;1.9635;-0.130875. It is obvious that you are re-typing the coordinate values which is prone to mistakes. When you press F11 in the game, the window pops-up telling you the coordinates, but you should then click then "Report" button in the window to automatically log the coordinates in your bugs.txt file. Then you can copy/paste the coordinates from bugs.txt to the forum page so that there is little chance of making an error. This thread explains how to get the coordinates and how to report bugs on this forum: How to report a bug.

As Almighty said, this problem is already reported and known.
