I do know what you mean about that problem.I have seen it too a long time ago.
If you have the coordinates for the bug,then it could be possible if me or somebody else would add it to the bug tracker later.

This should be fixed in the next ETS2 update, as the Satnav has been completely redone as to get rid of problems like this.

also ETS2-User said in one of the german forums that the navigation system will be reworked by SCS - hopefully they are also fixing the ferry bug
