[Fixed] [#8656] [2.20] Vaasa, bugged power lines

Power poles in Vaasa, Finland is bugged that looks like two floors with lines instead one floor with lines.
You will see only a screenshot from first bug location. Other coordinates has the same bug, that's why it would fill too much space with screenshots.
I do have tested with a test profile that has Promods 2.20 only.

These bugs should be now be fixed in next WIP version release. This topic can be moved to fixed bugs and be locked.
