[Fixed] Game crash near border Latvia/Estonia

Hello guys

Straightaway, I don't know if it should be in the bug or the Game Crash section but I haven't got a clue... sry

I've got an issue on the estonian side of the border, near the latvian A2 the most southern road into Estonia.

The game always crashes, if I drive near the house, about 200m in the direction to Latvia but I think the direction might be unnessecary.

Sry if it's in the wrong category and I think it is.

Does somebody want a game.crash.txt if it helps?

Search the forum next time, please. It was reported many, many times.
You should avoid Latvia with hotfix3 or go back to hotfix2 if you want to go there.
