[Fixed] [#3211][2.0]Bugs on 2.00

I found several bugs:

- By entering the Toulouse ring road arriving from Andorra there are trees in the middle of the road

- At the toll in Montauban towards Limoges gate opened before I arrived (yes I wanted to cheat and go ... ) the barrier is closed on "me"

- On the Road Dijon - A71 (I do not remember exactly where) someone would apparently running into the panel
