Scandinavia DLC may expand northwards in the future, once they start to rebuild and update DLC areas, sort of like the Germany rebuild.

If not for Promap, the DLC would had been a huge disapointment and an utterly waste of (a little) money!
It is written nowhere that that the whole Scandinavia (which is huge) is covered. And, as of now (i don't know if it was the case when it was released), their is clearly a map showing the covered area.

It's not what is not covered. It's what is actually "covered". But as written: ProMods makes it worth something anyway.
(And no, Scandinavia is not at all that huge (compared to t.ex. Germany or the GB islands) when it comes to roads and cities. I live here. I know
)

But if looking at land area, then Scandinavia is not that small in Europe.

Yes, Scandinavia is huge, it’s just that it’s really sparsely populated which means that compared to the land size, there are very few roads and cities.

Looking at the "Promods Sweden plan", it seems that at least the swedish team are planning routes from Sweden to Narvik and Mo i Rana. Considering all the small villages they have included between Oslo and Trondheim, we might get Levanger, Steinkjer, Namsos, Mosjøen and Bodø as well some time in the future (beacause it's villages/small towns on the way to Narvik from Trondheim).
But I know nothing about their plans. I'm just a random guy

Yes, north of Trondheim (very north) we've got some cities in the surroundings of the barents sea

i was 3 weeks on way to Nordkapp about E4 in Sweden and many landscapes i know from Promods, its crazy what a great work of this guys, thank you !!!!!
In the Game i hope we have finish the E4 to Haparanda and i like the road E8 from finland to tromsö and more small fjordroads in norway between bergen and Trondheim
Can Promods anything say about this?
Sry my English is very bad ;P
