Would it be fun if there were additional cities in Sweden in the next upcoming updates like Eskilstuna, Finspång, Leksand, Mockfjärd, Norrköping and why not Gränna and Visingsö and why not bring Borgholm on Öland and the island bridge from Kalmar to the ferry town (färjestaden on Öland)?

Yes, it would be but not in this forum as this is Northern Scandinavia like anything north of the in-game cities of Oslo and Uppsala. These cities are in Southern Scandinavia. With exception to Leksand, and Mockfjärd which are in northern Sweden the other cities should be requested in the southern Scandinavia forum where it deals with topics of southern Norway, Sweden and Denmark

Is the E8 road along the swedish-finnish border planned for the future? And in that case, will E45 be connected to it?

On the E6, there's this new motorway bypass near Vinstra... is it also in the mod?

To be future proof they could do the entire stretch of E6 from Kolomoen(exit 65) to Otta as a mix of 2+2 and 2+1.

The part of E6 that Peterson mention above is very short for ETS2 with less than 40km.
It's also not a full "motorway" but a "motorroad" (blue sign with car in it).
There is actually no part of E6 north of Kolomoen that is currently classified higher than "motorroad".

Well, it's a bypass of a relatively big town, so it has a level of importance. That, and I'm sure that it's a scenery town, so maybe it should, maybe it shouldn't be there, it's not my call. It's quite close to Otta though.
