Development on version 2.x (Southern Scandinavia)

"Something old, something new, something borrowed, something blue..."
Now that version 1.95 is out of the window, we can start with the following project: merging our content with the Scandinavia DLC and improving the DLC areas. This is a huge and complex task taking a lot of time, despite the fact that it involves quite some (clever) copy-pasting. In this topic, you can follow our progress of the merge and improvements.
The first project we started with is merging on of our best cities with the DLC: Stockholm. Both SCS's Stockholm and our Stockholm are quite complex and it is a difficult task to combine the two. But then again, we wouldn't be ProMods if we didn't take the challenge. The merge has just started, but I've managed to rebuild the DLC's Essingeleden to our four lane standard, which was quite a tight squeeze demanding some creativity. The result is quite satisfactory...
A lot still needs to happen, but you see that you will also see some completely new stuff. Some things just needs to be redesigned completely. This is what's called progress.
