So with DLC France coming is it a given that France will habe to he rebuilt upon its release?

Rebuild, someday I would guess. "DLC France, 2016, 2017 release date?"
Kutchek will get even more assets, to make the map even better.

I'm wondering: do the devs of Promods (or at least ScuL, Nico and Mandelsoft) have any insight on the development of DLC France? Like how the map is planned to look like, which assets will be made etc?
