Liege is not rebuilt yet, just the surroundings highways. About that road, developers of this project will tell you better than me ;)

Are you planning to rebuild Antwerp? I live in Antwerp and the ring and some things i found that ere quite old so thats why i ask it.
And Brussels is looking like it is in reality! So keep up the good work!

There are much higher priorities right now. Antwerp already got some more improvements.

Devs, I think you should replace some signs in Belgium, especially Vlaanderen. The maximum speed is decreased from 90 to 70 km/h.
These signs are now at the borders:

Would love to see these signs in game and thanks in advance :)

Off-topic, but seriously? 70? Totally unreal low speed limit compared to neighbour countries.

Have you ever been in that region? There's simply no space to go faster than 90, it's literally a village on a village. Once upon a time, I went to play a paintball match that was about 15-20km from Bruxelles. Safe to say that there was no rural area. And we were never outside a town, sometimes we could do 70, but that's pretty much all.

More like : Did you ever drove in Belgium ? You need a tank or a high clearance SUV with offroad suspension to don't feel like on a dirt road

Yeah, roads south of Namur are a pure disaster, I can't imagine how it looks like north of Arlon...
