This is my first post, so forgive me if I make some kind of faux pas here.

I try to play ETS without my GPS and I turned off route navigation. On my way to Modena, after exiting the A1 I came upon a roundabout where I was allowed to turn right and after following the road for a minute, eventually I...fell off the map.

I just wanted to let you know this happened.

Fantastic work, keep on making grown the Italy edition, Italy is not only 3 or 4 town like vanilla said!

Now , in the future will be an Italian Expantion DLC, but this DLC would be exit in the next year, maybe in this year the map can grow to reach Rome, and the fix the A4 Motorway specially in the trait Milano-Torino (and maybe put the 4 lanes in the 40 km trait st east of Milano) , when in ETS where are not present.

This is a proposal.

I think you don't mean that the map will grow in 2016 until Rome. But big ideas! I hope you can make it!

Maybe it would be nice if SCS tell us their plans for the next DLC before ProMods developers "wasting" a lot of work doing a region (like Italy)...

ProMods "wasted" their time in France, now it's released as a DLC. Maybe they have next 5 DLCs already planned? Let's say - Germany improvements, Balkans, Italy, Iceland and Ireland. What now? Should we stop releasing new content in those countries? It'll take few years to finish all DLCs they maybe planned - in this time, we can also finish some things. SCS creates a lot of assets, it takes time to make proper research. ProMods already started few things, we have plans, some assets. We'll be first, unless we know some DLC is confirmed - then there's no point to work with old assetss, if DLC will bring a lot of new models, textures and maybe game features.

Italy did get a small expansion not that long ago (the Venice addon and southern Austria). I don't really think it would be logical for SCS doing stuff there again. The most dangerous expansion area for Italy would be Slovenia and balkan area, but it is still speculating, if I knew what SCS was going to do that would be way easier for anticipating our work. New DLC can be located at many places. Maybe Italy as you guys think, or the Balkan area or Ireland?

For sure is that as soon as we filled our gaps in core projects we will continue expanding the map.

I don't think anything is wasted, unless you know for sure that a DLC will drop with in a few months. Look at Scanadanavia and France, although some stuff will be overwritten by SCS, the final result after the merge will be much better than either promods or SCS's work. We're really getting the best of both worlds!
