I bet we will see at least Sardinia or Sicily due to the ferry line.
However sicily is the more likely scenario as it is SO close to the mainland and bigger in area and population [correct me if I am wrong]
ProMods isn't a mod, it's a game.

I believe too that sicily will be probably in the dlc. Corsica was't included in the France dlc. So why should they include Sardinia?

I think SCS will focus on main industrial nodes and cities. I hope that they include Palermo.

We can't expect anything more than a touchup of the areas that we already have though. I wouldn't even hold your breath for Sicily... I would say they'll probably just head down a little past Rome and call it a day, though I hope I'm wrong.
I don't know if you all have realized that in the 7th photo of the Italia DLC there is the entrance of a city called "Cassino", located 136 km down Rome.
The photo of the ferry might be (in my opinion) Civitavecchia which goes to Corse and Sardegna as well as other places.

I hope SCS don't overblow the cities. While it's quite something, coast-to-coast journey would feel less far away as Italy is a peninsula...
